Early in the morning drive to Neelgranth Baltal for Amarnath Ji Darshan via Helicopter. The helicopter operates between 600 a.m. And 500 p.m. Helicopter Services is subject to weatherconditions. You will land at the Lower Cave helipad. The holy cave is at a distance of 500m from here, ittakes around 2 hrs to go to the holy cave, have darshan and come to the lower cave helipad. As the Lower Cave helipad is at a very high altitude, passengers are strongly advised to not trek and instead use horses and Palki service available at the helipad. At Lower Cave Helipad, boarding for the return flight to Neelgarnth is done on a First-Come-First-Serve Basis. Due to safety reasons, pilgrims are not allowed to leave the holy cave after 300 PM.
