• 45 or more days before departure: 30%
• Between 30 to 20 days before departure: 50%
• Between 20 to 10 days before departure: 75%
• Between 10 to 7 days before departure: 100%
• Cancellation Charges
• 30 or more days before departure: 30%
• Between 29 to 15 days before departure: 50%
• Between 14 to 7 days before departure: 75%
• Between 6 to 3 days before departure: 85%
• Between 2 to 1 days before departure: 100%
• - The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only.
• - The person under whose name the booking is made, should carry a photo id card during your entire trip (you will have to present a copy of the same if requested).
• - In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change in the hotels specified without your consent.
• - In case you are not convinced with the new options, advance paid will be refunded to you without deducting any service charges.
• -The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with your booking only after we receive your confirmation and advance and on availability of hotels mentioned.
