Our experience was very disappointing. The resort we had booked was not ready for occupation. The name of the resort we were supposed to stay was Snow Heaven Resort. We were booked in Moniker resort. The services of the hotel were very poor. We had complained from the 1st day of stay that there was a leak in the toilet. There was a very bad foul smell coming out of the toilet.Normally if there is a problem they should have changed the room but they didn’t change our room until the last day.
