• 50% Refund will be made within working 7 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Hotel check in 12pm check out 11am. Pl note any early check in or late check out will be purely on hotel management’s decisions with or without charges at arrival time only. INCLUSION 1. Sightseeing as per itinerary. 2. Pick up drop is included from Hyderabad / Secunderabad station. 3. Stay 2N in AC double bed rooms on triple sharing. 4. Meal Pan as per selections above. ( AP Plan) 3 Breakfast, 3 Lunch, 3 Dinner inclusive. 5. Ramoji regular entry with veg lunch at Ramoji inclusive. 6. Private Non AC 33 Seater Coach / similar for all transportations as per itinerary ( 8am to 7 pm basis usage). 7. Toll, parking, driver expenses. Excluding 1. Any entrance ticket to any monuments or garden which is not mentioned in the list. 2. Vehicle is available for transportation, sightseeing on 8am to 7pm basis, and not on disposal. 3. Kindly note that Any Pick up drop to airport shall invite extra charges. 4. Extra Meals, insurance, medicals, any entry ticket, mineral water, insurance, tips, late driving. 5. All which are not in inclusion list. Any city tour, pick up drop, Out of city drive or sightseeing not included. Late evening drive or keeping the car engaged is chargeable. 6. Any train / airfare not included. 7. Airport pick up / drop will invite extra charges due to 45 kms one way extra distance. 8. Please follow covid policy as per state govt protocol, use mask & sanitizers, follow social distancing norms. 9. Attached extra charges for Ramoji entry ticket pre booking.
