Terms and Conditions

• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 30 days to 45 days before the departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.
• 30 days to 15 days before the departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
• 14 days to 07 days before the departure of the tour 80% of total package cost.
• 07 days to 01 days before the departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
• There will be no refund in case there is NO SHOWS.
• CHILD POLICY
• Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.
• PREPONE & POSTPONE
• For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 10 days before the tour starts
• INR 4000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.
