Early morning flight to Leh 11800 ft the capital of Ladakh. On arrival at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche (KBR) Airport transfer to Hotel 3 kms/ 10 min and full day at rest for high altitude acclimatization which is must to settle yourself to the high altitudes of Ladakh. Evening you can take an easy walk to market to stretch yourself. Overnight at the Hotel.

After an early breakfast, proceed for a fullday Indus Valley tour includes visit to Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis and Stok Monasteries which are the among the historically most important and magnificent Buddhist Monasteries in Ladakh 90 km round trip / 7-8 hrs . Box lunch for the day. Evening free at the market in Leh. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning excursion trip to Khardongla Pass 5600m/48km –supposedly the world highest motorable pass, there is no other pass to drive higher than this. Back to Hotel by noon and have lunch. Afternoon around 3:00 pm visit Shanti Stupa, a beautiful spot to enjoy the evening and take a panoramic view of Leh town, & the 16th century formidable Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace.
