- 25% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
- 100% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- 75% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- 50% Refund will be made within working 7 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- Term & Conditions Booking Procedure (Booking Hold Amount) PAY 30 % for Land Part and Complete Payment for Flights In order to process the booking, we would need 30% of the Land Package amount as token amount which you can pay through our Payment Gateway. For Flight booking we need full payment of flight or in some case we can issue the flights with cancellation charges. Rest amount can be paid within 1-2 days only. 1. Booking Confirmation Amount: (PAY THE REMAINING AMOUNT) After getting the availability from the hotel / Flights / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone. Then you need to make the 30% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-5 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Company Bank account only. If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank. 2. Full Balance Amount (30 days before Travel) Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call. 3. Invoice and Vouchers Your total Bill Receipt & Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 5-10 days before the actual Travel
