Game viewing en route to your lodge with the immense grandeur of Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon at leisure. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Early breakfast. Depart with picnic lunch for a full day game drive. Arid looking as Amboseli has historically supported both game and the Masai that kept their herds of cattle here. It is thanks to the waters that run off Africa’s greatest mountain that the apparently dry Amboseli, Kenya’s first game sanctuary is able to support its wildlife. Mount Kilimanjaro broods high over Amboseli, generally cloaked by clouds but appearing in all its snow-shrouded magnificence from time to time. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

THE ARK 3

Breakfast at the lodge. Depart for Aberdare National Park with lunch en route. Drive through Kikuyu farmland before reaching the foothills of Aberdare Ranges where much coffee and tea is grown. On arrival at the base hotel drop the excess luggage and drive through the forest to reach your tree hotel where the night is spent watching the never ending pageant of wildlife which visits the floodlit waterhole and salt lick below. Dinner and overnight at the Tree Hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart with picnic lunch for a full day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru has best been known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. Also of interest is an area of 188 km around the lake fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild giraffes and black rhinos. The park now has more than 25 rhinos, one of the largest concentrations in the country, so the chances of spotting these survivors are good. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Early breakfast. Depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve. A stop is provided at Narok Town, the Masai city. Arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon proceed for a game drive in this world famous game reserve. At dusk return to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Full day game viewing whereby you leave the camp after breakfast with picnic lunch. As well as wildlife, the Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Masai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park - Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Early morning game drive. Breakfast at the camp. A stop is provided at Narok Town the Masai city where you can buy handicrafts and souvenirs. On arrival drop off at the airport for final departure.
