You will be picked up at the airport/railway station and then drive to Shillong (3 hours), the capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe. In the morning you will visit Shillong peak and get a bird’s eye view of the entire city of Shillong and then go to Elephanta falls. Then drive to Cherrapunjee, the erstwhile rainiest place in the world. On the way, experience the beautiful rolling hills, the flora and the waterfalls, most importantly the Nohkalikai or Seven Sisters Falls, a seven segmented waterfall which falls from a height of over a 1000 ft, you can also some of the caves like Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave and night stay at Cherrapunjee.

Drive from Cheerapunjee to Mawylynnong, a picturesque village located in East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border. Go for a short trek of the village and see the Khasi way of life and meet the locals. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh View point and the longest Living Root bridge. .
