• * 25% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Clients can cancel at any time. The cancellation will be effected at the time that cityofsultans. com receives a written request from the Client and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• Prior to 4 weeks of departure, 10% of the Net Product cost.
• Within 4 weeks until 2 weeks 25% of the Net Product cost.
• Within 2 weeks until 1 week 50% of the Net Product cost.
• Within 1 week or less no refund is given.
• No refund is given for a partially used Product.
