After breakfast, Taman Negara is an ancient 130 million years old tropical rainforest and home to many threatened mammals such as tigers, elephants, tapirs, rhinos and sun bears. You’ll find numerous bird species, fish and flora on a guided trek. We start with an early morning pick-up at your hotel at 5:30am and it takes approximately 3 hours to get to Taman Negara National Park. It is a scenic drive through the countryside to the National Park. Cross the river by water taxi to the Taman Negara Resort, a 20 minute trek through the jungle takes us to Teresek Hill with far reaching views this is a fantastic viewpoint. You will then do the amazing Canopy Walk which is a highlight for anyone coming to the National Park. In the later evening we head back to Kuala Lumpur.

After breakfast, Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary Pahang is one of Malaysia’s premier elephant conservation centers. Nature and wildlife lovers now have the opportunity to observe elephants, learn how they’re being cared for and rehabilitated. Proceed on this 7-hour tour which starts from Kuala Lumpur. Marvel at limestone caves in Gombak, and then observe elephants and learn about rehabilitation and relocation efforts at the elephant sanctuary. Lunch is included. Overnight stay in Kuala Lumpur.
