• Passport photocopy first and last page. Passport should be valid for minimum 06 months from date of return.
• PAN card copy required for billing. The cost of outbound package tour is payable in convertible foreign exchange subject to RBI/GOI regulation except cost of ticket.
• Traveling passenger signed booking form & passport condition form.
• Rs.25,000/- per person as booking amount NEFT / IMPS / UPI / RTGS/ CHEQUE / CASH / DEMAND DRAFT

• Balance Payment: In form of NEFT / RTGS / Same Bank Transfers / UPI / IMPS / Pay Order or demand draft favoring Supervalue Holidays and Forex Pvt. Ltd. Local Cheque must be delivered us at least 07-10 working days prior to the delivery date.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
• PLEASE NOTE
• 1 Any package where Indigo, Spicejet, Go Air, Malindo, Thai Lion, Thai S mile, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines or Air Asia or Any Other LCC is involved the ticket amount is totally nonrefundable and for all Airlines postponement is only allowed after paying the Applicable penalty and fare difference if Airline allows. Group Tickets are generally non amendable / Non changeable.
• In all other cases cancellation charge will be as per the booking condition of the tour and we shall be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person.
• If cancellation is made any time not less than 15 days prior to departure,20,000/- per person shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 14 to 05 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted
• If cancellation is made 04 to 01 days prior to departure,90% of tour cost shall be deducted
• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• Cancellation charges for Air Asia Ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than the above cancellation charges.
• Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per Star Cruises Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than the above cancellation charges.
• Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period Diwali Period 16thOctober till 31st October, Christmas and New Year Period between 22nd December and 03rd January Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
• We cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges shall apply accordingly.
