• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost at the time of booking & the balance 15 days prior to departure.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Prior to 45 days or more- 25% of tour cost will be retained.
• * Between 44 & 30 days prior to departure- 50% of tour cost will be retained.
• * Between 29 & 16 days prior to departure- 75% of tour cost will be retained.
• * Between 15 & 1 day prior to departure- 1000% of tour cost will be retained.
• * On the day of departure & in case of no show - 100% of tour cost will be retained.
