• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• • Before 45 days to the departure : No charges
• • From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 25% of Package Cost
• • From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 50% of Package Cost
• • From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost
• • 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
• • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances strikes, etc to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
