About Zhupanja
Zupanja is a city in japanese Slavonia, Croatia, positioned 254 km east of Zagreb. It is administratively a part of the Vukovar-Srijem County. It is inhabited through 12,090 people. Zupanja lies on the Sava river contrary Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is the website of a border-crossing bridge with the city of Orasje in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The A3 highway Zagreb-Slavonski Brod-Belgrade passes north of it, and the metropolis is also available via a neighborhood railroad from Vinkovci as well as the nation street D55. The 2011 census recorded 96.72% Croats within the municipality. Zupanja changed into dominated by Ottoman Empire between 1536 and 1687 as a part of Sanjak of Syrmia.
