Dugi Rat is a municipality in Croatia. The oldest settlements within the municipality are placed at an altitude of 200 to 250 m, on the foot of Mount Perun, particularly Jesenice, Zeljovici, Krug and Duce. Today, they were deserted, because the populace has been descending the coast for years, mainly for the ultimate 30 years, due to the growing improvement of vacationer traffic.
