About Wu kung Mountains

The Wugongshan or Wu-kung Mountains are a scope of mountains situated in Jiangxi and Hunan, China. The Wugong run is a subrange of the Luoxiao Mountains. It stretches for 130 km in a generally southwest-northeast heading between Chaling in Hunan to close to Yichun in Jiangxi. The Wugongshan National Geological Park is situated in the region of the range. The Luoxiao Mountains are a system of mountain ranges in the People's Republic of China that straddle Jiangxi, Hubei, and Hunan provinces. Yichun is a mountainous prefecture-level city in western/northwestern Jiangxi Province, China, circumscribing Hunan toward the west.
Yichun truly means "pleasant spring". It is situated in the northwest of the territory along a waterway surrounded by mountains. Yichun has a history of more than 2,200 years. It was established in 201 BC amid the Han Dynasty. Yichun has a significant Buddhist culture. Yichun is also the origin of numerous famous scholarly figures, such as Tao Yuanming and Deng Gu, both of whom are incredible poets from old times.
