About Ritan Park
The Temple of the Sun is on North Ritan Road in Chaoyang District, around 6 miles 10 kilometers from the focal point of Beijing. It is one of the five celebrated holy places of the city worked in 1530, which was where the sovereigns offered forfeit to the Sun amid Ming and Qing Dynasties 1368 - 1911.
