About Pingliang
Pingliang is a prefecture-level city in eastern Gansu area, China, flanking Shaanxi region toward the south and east and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region toward the north. Pingliang is notable for the close-by Kongtong Mountains, which are consecrated to Taoism and area of the legendary gathering spot of the Yellow Emperor and Guangchengzi, an everlasting.
