About Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum
Xiaoling Mausoleum of Ming Dynasty Mingxiaoling is one of the greatest magnificent tombs in China.
It lies in the eastern rural areas of Nanjing City at the southern foot of Purple Mountain. Ruler Chengzu, Zhu Yuanzhang, the primary sovereign of the Ming Dynasty 1368-1644 and Queen Ma were covered there.
Development of the tomb started in 1381 and was finished in 1431. In 1384, Queen Ma kicked the bucket and was covered there.
It has two watchful areas: One is the Sacred Way zone and the other is simply the primary body of the sepulcher.
