About Jiuzhaigou National Park
Jiuzhaigou is a nature hold and national park situated in the north of Sichuan Province in the southwestern district of China. A long valley running north to south, Jiuzhaigou was recorded by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1992 and a World Biosphere Reserve in 1997. The Jiuzhaigou valley is a piece of the Min Mountains on the edge of the Tibetan Plateau and stretches more than 72,000 hectares 180,000 sections of land. Jiuzhaigou lies at the southern end of the Minshan mountain extend, 330 km 205 mi north of the commonplace capital of Chengdu.
