About Gansu
Gansu is an area of the People's Republic of China, situated in the northwest of the nation. It lies between the Tibetan and Loess levels, and outskirts Mongolia, Inner Mongolia, and Ningxia toward the north, Xinjiang and Qinghai toward the west, Sichuan toward the south, and Shaanxi toward the east. The Yellow River goes through the southern piece of the area. Gansu has a populace of 26 million starting at 2009 and covers a region of 453,700 square kilometers 175,200 sq mi. The capital is Lanzhou, situated in the southeast piece of the territory.

Jiayuguan Pass, in Jiayuguan city, is the biggest and most flawless pass, or passageway, of the Great Wall. Jiayuguan Pass was worked in the early Ming tradition, some place around the year 1372.
