Datong

Datong is a prefecture-level city in northern Shanxi Province in the People's Republic of China. It is arranged in a bowl at an ascent of 1,040 meters 3,410 ft and edges Inner Mongolia toward the north and west and Hebei toward the east. It had a masses of 3,318,057 in the midst of the 2010 enlistment, of whom 1,629,035 lived in the created district made of the three urban area of Chengqu, Kuangqu and Nanjiao.
