Chen Clan Academy

Sanctuary of Chen Family, otherwise called Chen Clan Academy, was worked in the vicinity of 1890 and 1894 amid the rule of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing tradition. It was worked with gifts of the Chen family at that point spread in 72 areas in Guangdong region. This sanctuary is a symmetric complex comprising of 19 structures with nine lobbies and six yards. Two principle yards of them are very fundamental structures. The front one was utilized for investigation of the Confucian works of art while the back one housed a sanctuary to the progenitors of the Chen tribe. In 1986, it was assigned as a vital social relic by the State Council. The sanctuary is currently the site of the Museum of Guangdong Folk Arts and Crafts. The scenes delineate stories from Chinese writing and fables and incorporate genuine and legendary creatures. The entire complex now houses the Guangdong Folk Art Museum indicating Chinese handiworks, and is surprisingly all around saved. The social transformation did little harm to it
