About Baomo Garden
Baomo Garden is situated in Zini Village, Panyu District of Guangzhou. Something other than a garden, it covers a region of around 100,000 square meters around 25 sections of land and is a complex of enveloping society, south China conventional design and south China cultivate arts.Baomo Garden was worked in the late Qing Dynasty as an expansion of the Temple of Lord Bao situated toward the east of the Garden.
The Temple itself was worked amid the rule of Emperor Jiaqing of Qing Dynasty 1644 - 1911 AD, to applaud Lord Bao Zheng of the Song Dynasty 960 - 1279 AD and his characteristics of moral soundness and equity. The first garden was devastated in the 1950s. Reproduction work started in 1955 and went on for a long time. Substantial and rich, the reconstructed garden is a decent case of south China gardens.
