Baodu Zhai or Baodu Village is an antiquated sustained peak settlement situated around 16 km from Shijiazhuang, China. It is situated over Baodu Mountain, which is said to look like a leaning back Buddha. As per legend, the Han tradition leader Han Xin trapped 2000 warriors at the site, and in the Wei administration, an uprising by Ge Rong constrained nearby villagers to escape to the mountain conveying their calves, henceforth the name "Baodu" "bao" signifies "to convey" and "du" signifies "calf". The settlement is totally surrounded by a sustained stone divider, much like Chengde Mountain Resort.
The primary passageway is Nantianmen. Inside the divider there are a few essential social destinations, which have earned Baodu Zhai a national AAAA rating as a grand spot, and in addition an expansive region of vegetation and patio nurseries. These destinations incorporate the Hall of 500 Luohan, which is a vast underground load containing 500 cut stone luohan, each in an alternate posture, and directed by three brilliant Buddhas. Baodu Zhai can be gotten to by a pathway driving up from the southeast, or a link auto with a center station. Tourists come here from all over the world to visit this place.
