About Baoding
Baoding is a prefecture-stage metropolis in principal Hebei province, about a 150 kilometres southwest of Beijing. At the 2010 census, Baoding City had 11,194,372 population out of which 2,176,857 lived in the built-up or metro area manufactured from three urban districts and Qingyuan and Mancheng counties in large part being conurbated, on 1,840 km2. Baoding is among 13 Chinese towns with a population of over 10 million, ranking seventh.
Baoding is a metropolis with a history courting returned to the Western Han Dynasty. It turned into destroyed via the Mongols within the 13th century, but after the Mongols set up the Yuan Dynasty, it become rebuilt. The most well-known local strong point meals is the Donkey Burger Anxin County is domestic to the Quantou Village Music Association, a widely recognized traditional music organization performing on guan oboes, sheng mouth organs, and percussion. The village of Quantou is placed on an island in Lake Baiyangdian.
