Watch birds

Bird Watch in Canada conserves wild birds through sound science, on-the-ground actions, innovative partnerships, public engagement, and science-based advocacy. The Churchill area is a world-renowned hotspot for birding opportunities. In spring and fall, birders flock here to see the 250+ species of birds that nest or pass through Churchill on their annual migrations.

A portion of the flying creatures relocate here, while others breed here. The Claireville Conservation Area is a 343 hectare territory that, notwithstanding being home to a plenty of winged animals, is likewise home to the uncommon white deer. These can at times be spotted while climbing along the zone's trails.
