About The Annacis Island
Annacis Island is an island arranged in the south arm of the Fraser River, in Delta. It's a delightful island.
The island's name is gotten from "Annance's Island," named for François Annance, a Hudson's Bay Company partner, who ran with Chief Factor James McMillan to build up Fort Langley in 1827.
