Skate the Red River Mutual Trail

Individuals have just been utilizing it for quite a long time yet on Tuesday, Winnipeg's Red River Mutual skating trail at The Forks formally invited skaters for the season. The trail has been developing and open to skaters since Dec. 22, however its official opening was stamped Tuesday when Mayor Brian Bowman, on one of the ice resurfacers used to prepare the track, drove through a thick red lace.

"When you're skating on the stream, you hear such huge numbers of dialects talked, you meet individuals from everywhere throughout the world that are here going by and a considerable measure of Winnipeggers simply rediscovering the excellence of Winnipeg," Bowman said.
