About Parc Lineaire Le Grand Tronc
This 12 km multifunctional runway on the territory of Lévis was built on a disused railway line. Traced mainly in the forest, it crosses the sectors of Saint-Rédempteur and Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon. Visitors can see rivers, peat bogs and marshes, and enjoy a few rest stops along the park. This bike path is a portion of the Route verte and the Trans-Canada Trail, which continues in the MRC de Lobtinière to Estrie. The surface is asphalted between Saint-Rédempteur and Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon 4 km and in stone dust between Saint-Étienne-de-Lauzon and Lotbinière 8 km
