My Mountain Co-op

My Mountain Co-operation MMC was based on the establishment of a non-benefit society called Friends of Shames FoS. FoS was shaped in 2008 when the proprietors of the Shames Mountain Ski Area, needed to resign and had put the ski slope available to be purchased. FoS started taking a shot at an economical arrangement with the reason for supporting the advancement and long haul practicality of the Shames Mountain Ski Area.

FoS's standard order was to pinpoint the best method to keep the ski slope open and reasonable as long as possible. Plans of action, for example, non-benefit social orders, co-opertatives and philanthropies were broadly surveyed. Legal counselors and advisors who spend significant time in non-benefit and elective business structures were counseled.
