Montmorency Falls Park

Montmorency River drops 272' feet over the precipice into the Saint Lawrence River, making great Montmorency Falls, right over the Île d'Orleans.The area surrounding the falls is protected by the Montmorency Falls Park.There are staircases that allow visitors to view the falls from several different perspectives and also there is an aerial tram Funitel that carries passengers between the base and the top of the falls.

A suspension bridge over the peak of the falls gives access to the two sides of the recreation center and in addition a dynamite view.The ride start to finish was exceptionally smooth, and we were furnished with staggering perspectives of the waterfall in transit down. There are two cable cars running forward and backward throughout the day, so it doesn't take long to sit tight for one to arrive.
