Maligne Lake

It is a lake in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is really popular for the shade of its water, the surrounding peaks, the three ice sheets unmistakable from the lake and Spirit Island, an as often as possible captured islet. The lake is found 44 km 27 mi south of Jasper town, and is available by engine vehicle, including transport transports from Jasper. Vessel visits rushed to Spirit Island in the spring to pre-winter season.

The 44 km Skyline Trail, Jasper's most well known, most astounding or more treeline, multi-day climb, starts at Maligne Lake and completes close to the town of Jasper. Other prominent day climbs incorporate the Opal Hills and Bald Hills circles. Winter exercises incorporate cross-country skiing.
