Lakelse Lake Provincial Park is an interim park in British Columbia, Canada discovered just west of Highway 37 among Terrace and Kitimat. The name is gotten from the Coast Tsimshian dialect word LaxGyels - fresh water mussel for the mollusk that is found on the base of both Lakelse Lake and Lakelse River.Lakelse Lake Provincial Park and Gruchy Beach Trail in Terrace, British Columbia, Canada are the more well known adventure target of the Skeena River district encompassing the group of Terrace.
