Hope

The expectation is the origination of two long-serving Arkansas governors: Bill Clinton and Mike Huckabee.Hope started in 1873 when a railroad was worked through the territory. Hope is a city in Hempstead County in southwestern Arkansas, United States. As of the 2010 evaluation the populace was 10,095, and of every 2015 the populace was assessed at 9,891.

The town was named for Hope Loughborough, the little girl of a railroad executive.According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has an aggregate territory of 10.2 square miles 26.3 km2, of which 10.1 square miles 26.1 km2 have arrived and 0.1 square miles 0.2 km2, or 0.74%, are water.
