Witness the social and mechanical existence of Canada's initial modern insurgency. Housed in a 150-year-old Waterworks, this National Historic Site jelly two 70-ton steam motors, maybe the most established surviving Canadian-manufactured motors. The notable Hamilton Waterworks is a Civil and Power Engineering Landmark. The historical center offers different perpetual and changing displays and highlights unique occasions for the entire family, including Live Steamer Days from May through October.The memorable Pump house isn't completely open nor is it cooled or warmed. In temperatures surpassing 30°C we offer abbreviated voyages through the Pump house without working the steam motors for the wellbeing of our guests and the conservation of the motors.
