It is home to 1,200 occupants, for the most part in single-family homes. Sickle Beach is home to Alexandra Neighborhood House, the Crescent Beach Pier and Blackie Spit Regional Park, every single nearby point of interest. Bow Beach is the home of the "Bow Beach Swim Club", a neighborhood club that offers swimming, cruising, tennis, water polo, and marathon exercises to kids. On the southern end of Crescent Beach close to the base of 101 stages staircase at 24th Ave. is the 120 ton Crescent Rock stone.
Bow Rock Beach is the 6.5 km. since quite a while ago rough portion of shoreline from this huge shake to White Rock at the base of the Ocean Park feigns that is used by naturists and nudists for bare sunbathing and thin plunging. The City of Surrey declines to support its attire discretionary use as it is outside their ward however the RCMP have recognized that bare use on this zone beyond anyone's ability to see from the marine parks at Crescent Beach and White Rock is legitimate under Canadian case law. The shoreline territory has showers to wash feet and legs to keep Swimmer's tingle, a fleeting insusceptible response cause by waterborne parasites looking for Freshwater snails.
