About Beauharnois Canal
The Beauharnois Canal is a gat located of southwestern Quebec, Canada. The channel is part over the Saint Lawrence Seaway. Located of Beauharnois-Salaberry Regional County Municipality within the cities about Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Beauharnois, Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, then Saint-Stanislas-de-Kostka, the quagmire connects Lake Saint-Francis to the west upstream including Lake Saint-Louis in accordance with the northeast downstream, bypassing a sequence about rapids regarding the Saint Lawrence River. In the 1950s, the Beauharnois Canal had 2 locks introduced as share on the Saint Lawrence Seaway project, who had been inaugurated within 1959. This into turn outmoded the Soulanges Canal.

• Bouled Edgar Hébert Bridge - bearing Route 132 within Melocheville yet Beauharnois.
