Bayfield River

The stream quickly west under Perth County Road 180 and takes in the left tributary McGrath Drain. It proceeds with west northwest taking the left tributary Tyndall Drain and after that the correct tributary Silver Creek at the group of Egmondville, today part of the group of Seaforth in the region of Huron East, Huron County.

It proceeds with west northwest and takes in the left tributary Broadfoot Drain, and right tributaries Carnochan Drain and Helgrammite Creek before going under Ontario Highway 4 between the group Clinton in Central Huron toward the north and the group of Vanastra in Huron East, toward the south.

The waterway at that point hands southwest and assumes control over the correct tributary Tricks Creek, travels south and takes in the left tributaries Wiltse Creek and Bannockburn River, and after that turns forcefully west only north of the group of Varna in Bluewater. It takes in the correct tributaries Middletons Creek and Brandt Creek before going under Ontario Highway 21 and achieving its mouth at Lake Huron in Bayfield.
