The Restinga de Cabedelo National Forest is a national backwoods in the province of Paraiba, Brazil. The Restinga de Cabedelo National Forest is isolated between the districts of Cabedelo 79% and Joao Pessoa in the province of Paraiba. It has a region of 114.34 hectares 282.5 acres. It is in the Joao Pessoa metropolitan district. The preservation unit is prominently called the AMEM Forest. It is controlled by the government Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation. The Restinga de Cabedelo National Forest was made by elected declaration on 2 June 2004 with a zone of 103 hectares 250 sections of land.

It is classed as IUCN ensured territory classification VI secured zone with feasible utilization of regular assets. The reason for existing is the practical utilization of woodland assets, and logical research with accentuation on strategies for supportable abuse of local forests. By mandate 11 of 16 March 2009 the leader of ICMBio made the consultative gathering, with the objective of making and actualize the administration design.
