About City History Museum
The exhibition hall settled down in Brest in an old chateau at 3 Levanevsky Str. The changeless show contains uncommon things and archives. The City History Museum introduces the historical backdrop of the city. The exhibition hall shows maps of Brest going back to the seventeenth century. One of the most established maps is a copy from the Prussian State Library Preussische Staatsbibliothek in Berlin.
This historical center was opened in 1998. It's smarter to get to know the verifiable transforms of Brest in the City History Museum. It is available to the general population from 10 am. To 5 pm. The three day weekend is Monday. Conspicuous Brest subjects, including Rabbi Zalman and others, are obvious in the work of art. A substantial painting by Fetisova, a nearby craftsman, portrays seventeenth century Brest.
