About Patiya
Patiya is an Upazila of Chittagong District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. During the British standard, a police headquarters was set up in Patiya in 1845. It was moved up to an upazila in 1984. The locale saw progressive exercises during the 1930s, when progressives from Jugantar and the outlaws of the Chittagong arsenal assault battled with British police. Amid the Bangladesh Liberation War, the region supported substantial bombings from Pakistan Air Force.
The Pakistani occupation armed force slaughtered in excess of 300 Hindus in Muzaffarabad town on May 3, 1971 in a joint effort with the Razakars. It has 70,218 family units and an aggregate region of 316.47 km². "Budbudir Chora" is one of them having gigantic green woods and untamed life. Consistently neighborhood voyagers go there for its green backwoods, little waterways and creatures like dear, feathered creatures and butterflies. You can come here and explore this place.
