Kurigram

Kurigram District is positioned inside the Rangpur Division, in Northern Bangladesh. The British government first established Kurigram mahakuma in 22 April 1875. Sir william Hunter defined Kurigram as Kuriganj" in his "Gazetteer of Rangpur District.
