About Bhangura
Bhangura or Bhangoora is an Upazila of Pabna District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Bhangura thana was built up in 1980 and was transformed into an upazila in 1981. When Bhangura upazila was a prominent jute developing region. Consequently a jute exchanging organization called Chittagong Jute Company built up business house on the bank of the waterway nearby the Baral Bridge. Still there exists a place of the terminated organization.
It is limited by Tarash upazila on the north, Faridpur Pabna upazila on the south, Ullapara upazila on the east, Chatmohar upazila on the west. The upazila is bungled by two waterways named the Baral and the Gumani. The western piece of this upazila is moderately higher than the eastern part which involves a piece of the incomparable Chalan Bil. A substantial number of little bills are likewise accessible here.
