About National Art Gallery of The Bahamas
The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas is a workmanship display in Nassau, The Bahamas. In September 2011 the exhibition reported Amanda Coulson, as the new Director and 4 new staff arrangements. John Cox joined the exhibition in January 2012 as Chief Curator. The National Art Gallery of The Bahamas was the main organization of its kind ever of Bahamas, reported in 1996, by then-Prime Minister, Hubert A. Ingraham, as a component of a bigger extended arrangement of exhibition halls that would record, protect and historicize the account of the free sovereign country, set up in 1973.
The museum brags four display spaces—the PE, or lasting presentation space, on the ground floor, which houses pivoting indicates drawn on the National Collection; The PS Room, an undertaking space for month to month intercessions, additionally on the ground floor; and two brief show spaces on the second floor. The exhibition hall is housed in the Villa Doyle, a manor worked in the 1860s as the home to first Chief Justice in The Bahamas.
