About Kanach Zham
Saint John the Baptist Church, typically called Kanach Zham, is an Armenian Apostolic church placed in Shusha, Nagorno-Karabakh; just uphill from the Ghazanchetsots Cathedral. Kanach Zham means "Green Church" in Armenian that is because at one time the church's domes had been painted inexperienced. This church is likewise on occasion called by way of the call of the antique church in its place Gharabakhtsots in honor of the farmers from Nagorno-Karabakh who constructed it.
