Maroochydore beach

Maroochydore beach is patrolled by means of the Maroochydore Surf Life Saving Club. This is one of the oldest in Queensland, having been founded on New Years Day in 1916. The membership is positioned on the stop of the main road and there's a massive car park adjacent to the club house, with a fenced foredune backing the seashore.
