About Genesee Valley Center
Genesee Valley Center is an encased shopping center situated in flint Township, Michigan, outside the city of Stone, Michigan, Joined States. Opened in 1970, the shopping center is 1,272,397 square feet 118,209.5 m2 of leasable zone. The shopping center has four stay stores: Burlington, JC Penney, Macy's and Burns. It contains more than 120 occupants, including a nourishment court, and an outside concourse called the Open air Town which additionally includes a Barnes and Respectable book shop. The shopping center is situated on Mill Operator Street and Linden Street, close to the intersection of Interstate 69 I-69 and I-75.
The previous Montgomery Ward area was decimated in 2005 for another segment called the Open air Town. Opened in mid 2006, this release includes extra shopping center occupants in an outside setting. Securing the Outside Town is a Barnes and Respectable book shop, the opening of which brought about the conclusion of a B. Dalton book shop inside the shopping center itself.
