About Water Company Palace
The Palacio de Aguas Corrientes Palace of Running Water was worked in the second 50% of the nineteenth century to supply the city's water.
Following the city's fast extension and a few pestilences, including cholera and thyfoid, it was chosen to present an advanced running water framework, following outlines set forward by British designer John Bateman.
The development of the 'castle' was managed by Swiss specialist Carlos Nyströmer and Norweigian modeler Olof Boye, in the vicinity of 1887 and 1894.
It highlights French-style mansard rooves, and a veneer that comprises of 170,000 coated tiles and 130,000 enameled blocks, all delivered from England and Belgium. Inside are 12 6,000m3 iron water tanks circulated more than three stories.
